These Terms and Conditions apply to the Jilievo Live platform and all its services. Jilievo Live is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to Jilievo Live immediately.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Users may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

Jilievo Live strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Account registration and betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

Jilievo Live may request a national ID or other government-issued document at any time to verify a user's age. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit

Deposits on Jilievo Live can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to your registered mobile banking number. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

5.1 Odds & Results

All odds are set by Jilievo Live and are subject to change. Bets will be settled at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jilievo Live reserves the right to void the affected bet.

5.2 Match Cancellation or No Result

If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with Jilievo Live's betting rules. In most cases, the stake will be refunded.

5.3 Special Live Betting Conditions

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift after you click the confirm button, the system may offer you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. Jilievo Live is not responsible for bets affected by internet disconnection.

Jilievo Live offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a bonus of a specified percentage on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the required wagering requirements must be met.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the account will be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jilievo Live and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Registering under a false or third-party identity
• Bonus system abuse or hacking
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to attack or manipulate Jilievo Live's systems
• Collusion or group efforts to exploit the betting system

Jilievo Live reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to verify age or identity
• Court or Regulatory Authority Order
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be returned in such cases.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
